Yep we managed to get a parking ticket, or as it officially called, a penalty parking notice. Soon as we saw the yellow bag stuck on the windscreen there was a big sigh, and a few words spoken. We went straight from the car park to the council offices to challenge the ticket. Did you know:-“Some 2,749 appeals were not even contested by local councils. Sometimes councils will not contest appeals purely on the grounds that they want to clear a backlog”

The car clearly is adapted for a wheelchair, can the parking attendant’s in Canterbury not use some common sense? We have a Blue Badge.
