Why wait for new year to make resolutions

Lovely sunny day after the rain and storms, and it was time to stretch a leg and get out into the great outdoors. It's been a while since I had a ride on Doris, and felt a bit sluggish, I was out of breath by the time I reached Newforland lighthouse and had to push on the last bit of the hill. Disgraced, I'll be going that route, until I can do it in a breeze.

It was slow but at least I made a start, why wait for the new year, its time to get on the bike, get fit and lose a few pounds. I'm surprised to have collected a few Strava trophies, with a QOM. Joint first of the ladies into the valley! With a time of 2.59 minutes and taking me to joint fifth on the leaderboard if you include the men! My legs will be feeling sore tomorrow, and I will sleep well tonight. First exercise in a while.
