Alternatives to Air Travel

Wondering how my friends are getting on with the ash shut down. One is in Spain and one in Algeria so not sure when they will get back. Loads of mates stuck in Greece, best of luck to you all.

Hopefully soon the volcano will stop erupting, and the whole thing will go into the history books after the dust has settled. Even with my prefered alternative to air travel, you still depend on the wind! The sails wouldn't look crap covered in sulphur ash ;-)
Todays task of booking flights, is suprise suprise on hold!
There are coach seats from Madrid but the prices are silly.
But some people do some really nice things for those who are stranded
